Communication care support
How we can help
We all communicate in different ways and there are things we can do to tailor our services to your needs. For example, we can provide information via braille, large print, or audio documents for blind or partially sighted people, and we can also use different coloured paper for people with dyslexia or visual impairments.
Please note that we also have support information for those who may find it difficult to communicate due to dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
We want to make our website as easy to use as possible. Find out how to use it in a way that best suits your needs on our accessibility page.
Please note, this page is written to address people who may need assistance with communication care. However, it may also be useful for family, friends, colleagues or those close to someone who finds it hard to communicate due to a physical condition or illness.
