When it comes to your insurance policy, it’s important you have complete peace of mind. So if your insurance certificate is lost, damaged or stolen, we'll make sure we get a replacement to you as quickly as possible.

Get a new certificate online

If you're a car insurance policy holder and have registered for an online account you can access your certificate right up to when your policy lapses, for free. To get your certificate after it's lapsed please give us a call. You may be charged a £15 administration fee for each replacement certificate.

Before you get in touch

Before you get in touch with us for a replacement certificate, please make sure you have at least three of the following details to hand:

  • your policy number
  • post code
  • the first line of your address
  • your chosen payment method, for example direct debit or credit card
  • for car insurance – your car registration number

How long will it take?

Your new certificate should be with you by post within five to seven working days. Unfortunately we can’t email your replacement certificate.
