HOW WE CAN HELP


We want our service to be accessible for everybody. So, if you have dyslexia or a visual impairment, there are things we can do to tailor our service to your needs. For example, we can send documents in your preferred format, such as printing on a paper of your preferred colour to improve readability, just let us know.

Please note, this page is written to address people who may need their documents in a different format, such as on coloured paper. However, it may also be useful for family, friends, colleagues or those close to someone who has dyslexia or a visual processing disorder.
