We want our service to be accessible and easy to use for everybody and can tailor our service to suit you.

We all process information differently. That’s why we’d like to make adjustments wherever we can to make our documents and website as easy to use as possible. 

Here are some examples of the support we could offer, depending on your requirements:

  • Audio support  

    We can offer audio support for our documents, plus our website is accessible via screen-reading software. Find out about audio support
  • Alternative formats 

    Just let us know your preference and we can supply documents in your preferred format - including large print, coloured paper, braille and audio. 
  • Website accessibility

How do I receive documents in a different format?

If you need to receive documents or other information from us in an audio, Braille or other format, please chat online with a member of our Live Chat team, who will be happy to help. Find out more about how we can help with communication.
